Adult Care Homes
These single family homes are small care settings located in residential neighborhoods and offer assistance for up to five adults in a home-like environment. Search now for Adult Care Home vacancies. Or learn how to become an Adult Care Home Operator.
Residential Care Facilities
These facilities are larger care settings for six or more people which provide meals and services, such as assistance with housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Residential Care Facilities generally offer shared or private bedrooms, with a private or shared bathroom; no kitchenette. Most residents do not require 24-hour care and have care needs that can be scheduled. Search Residential Care Facilities
Assisted Living Facilities
These facilities are larger care settings that provide meals and services, such as assistance with housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living, in an apartment-like setting. These facilities offer a private studio or one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a private bathroom with wheelchair-accessible shower. Room and Board Facilities
These types of housing provide a room, private or shared, bathroom access, housekeeping and meals. No care is provided.
