A Community Approach to Stopping Gang Violence

Preventing gang violence is a goal shared by our entire community.

Multnomah County is working together on that goal with Portland, Gresham and the state to provide the most comprehensive approach to intervene in the lives of at-risk young people and to prevent gangs from taking root in our community.

This site is intended to be a one-stop source providing regular updates on efforts to reduce gang violence; lists of resources for people wanting to help loved ones or acquaintances escape gang life; and a calendar of events to give people a chance to speak out and to organize against gang violence.
