Beginning July 1, the Passport Acceptance Office will be housed in the Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation (DART) on the first floor of the Multnomah Building at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland. The office will move from the Elections Division office at 1040 SE Morrison St., where passport applications will continue to be accepted through June 30.
All the same services will move to the new office. Both the Elections passport office and the new DART passport office are passport acceptance agents for the U.S. State Department. For questions about a passport that has already been submitted and is being processed, please contact the U.S. State Department.
