The Hands of Wonder Farmer’s Market returns to the Multnomah Building and the Juvenile Justice Complex for its fourth year.

In collaboration with The Courtyard Cafe Culinary Arts Youth Program, The Hands of Wonder Garden teaches youth where food comes from, allows them a chance to design, plant, maintain, harvest, and sell organic produce, and encourages healthy eating practices.

In addition to donating a portion of the harvest to SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and WIC (Women, Infants and Children) recipients, all proceeds from the markets go back into the Hands of Wonder Garden program.

With dates running through October, there are plenty of opportunities to pick up fresh produce while supporting positive changes for justice involved youth.
