5:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Help others in the Russian community learn healthy habits and how to navigate the health system. This free, 90-hour training will prepare Russian-speakers to work as a certified community health worker in Oregon

This course provides:

  • Community health worker certification and registration with the Oregon Health Authority
  • Career advancement and leadership skills
  • Community-driven and culturally-specific community health worker training centered in the Russian-speaking community’s culture and values
  • Focus on education, prevention and root causes of health disparities

Training Dates

March 25 to June 4

  • Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30-9pm
  • Saturday, April 13 and May 11, 9:00am-4:30pm

Registration & Cost

Applications due Monday, March 4, 2019 at 5pm. We will let you know if you have been selected by March 11. Free.
