Join us for Free First Friday at the Portland Children’s Museum. Bring your kids to our evening lead screening clinic to have your child tested for lead at no cost. Then stay to play at the museum exhibits during their extended first Friday hours. Testing is also available for pregnant and lactating women.
Children can be poisoned by lead but not look or act sick. A blood lead test is the only way to find out if a child has lead poisoning.
For children age 6 and under. No appointment needed, just show up. Sponsored by Multnomah County Health Department in partnership with the Portland Children’s Museum.
Cost: Lead testing and museum admission is free.
