Starting on January 1, 2018, license fees will increase for all food service establishments, lodgings, pools and spas. The new fees appear below.

Restaurant

0-15 seats: $640
16-50 seats: $760
51-150 seats: $850
Over 150 seats: $1,015

Bed and breakfast:  $275
Limited service (prepackaged items only):  $590

Restaurant Plan Review

New construction: $825
Remodel: $780
Rush, new construction: $2,475
Rush, remodel: $2,340

Restaurant recheck fee (after two rechecks): $180


Food Cart (Mobile Unit)

Classes I, II, III:  $500
Class IV:  $605

Plan review: $525
Plan review, rush: $1,575


Commissary and Warehouse

Commissary servicing, mobile: $475
Warehouse: $415


Pools and Spas

Based on the number of pools/spas at the same location.

1-2: $770
Over 2: $270
1-2 seasonal: $395
Over 2 seasonal: $270

Minor plan review: $250
Plan review, new construction or complete replacement, less than 2000 square feet: $1,300
Plan review, new construction or complete replacement, 2000 square feet and up: $1,630

Construction permit renewals: $90


Hotels and Motels

Based on the number of units

1-25: $330
26-50: $335
51-75: $405
76-100: $430
Over 100: $450 + $1 each additional unit

Bed and Breakfast accommodations:  $205


Temporary Restaurants

1-30 day single event: $140
30-day intermittent: $140
90-day seasonal: $140

Late fee: $140
Annual administrative service fee (for benevolent organizations): $50
Operational review for seasonal and intermittent: $90
