If you have a FamilyCare Medicare plan, you need to act now to get a new health plan. FamilyCare will stop providing Medicare after June 30, 2018.

On May 11, FamilyCare mailed a letter to their members about the change and how to find a different plan.

Finding a New Plan

Find out which plans will work for you. You can get help comparing plans by calling SHIBA (Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance) at 1-855-673-2372. You can also search online: Medicare.gov
