If you have a FamilyCare Medicare plan, you need to act now to get a new health plan. FamilyCare will stop providing Medicare after June 30, 2018.

Find out which plans will work for you. You can get help comparing plans by calling SHIBA (Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance) at 1-855-673-2372. You can also search online: Medicare.gov
