money spilling out of a wallet

Starting on July 1, 2015 we will be raising our office visit fee $5. This means that primary care patients who do not have insurance will be asked to pay $25 at check-in. If you don't have insurance, you may still be eligible for discounts on the total cost of the services you receive.

There will be no increase to the office visit fee for dental visits, which is already $25. On July 1, the office visit fee for primary care and dental visits will be the same.

What if I Cannot Afford to Pay $25?

You can still get care. We ask you pay what you can, which helps us continue to serve our community. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Getting Health Insurance

Health insurance helps you afford medical care when you need it. If you have no health insurance or need to reapply, we can help you see if you can get the Oregon Health Plan or other insurance. Enrollment help»
