In her current role, Terralyn is tasked with updating the Equity and Empowerment Lens. At this time she is working with teams across all departments of Multnomah County supporting their understanding of the Equity and Empowerment Lens to ensure County wide alignment. Terralyn holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with emphasis on child and family development and a minor in theology as well as a master’s degree in education with an emphasis on educational leadership.
