Land Use Planning serves the unincorporated areas of Multnomah County with two functions:
- Current Planning helps property owners and applicants with their development and land use proposals. If you have a question, contact our Planner of the Day.
- Long Range Planning serves the broader community by creating and updating zoning codes and the Comprehensive Plan.
- Code Compliance resolves code violations. We work with the property owner, starting with education and voluntary compliance.
