The providers in the mental health and addiction services system of care are key partners of Multnomah County. Together with consumers, advocates, the public and other decision-makers, we build a recovery focused continuum of care to meet the needs of our community.
Health Share of Oregon Provider Portal for Multnomah Mental Health Providers
Provider offices that see Health Share CCO members can access the portal link, plus information on registration, training and frequently asked questions on the Providers pages of Health Share’s website (http://www.healthshareoregon.org/for-providers).
To register as a new user and gain access to the web portal, PH Tech’s secure Clinical Integration Manager (CIM), you can call PH Tech support at 503-584-2169, selecting Option 2 for CIM New User Registration or Password Changes. Once you are registered and activated by PH Tech Provider Relations, each user in a provider office may then directly register other users in your office. Each user of CIM in your office will require a unique username and password.
A video on the Health Share website provides a step-by-step guide to using the new portal. In addition, all provider offices will have access to online training material and a webinar on the PH Tech site. For more information on training, please contact PH Tech’s Provider Relations department at 503-584-2169 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The new portal, which can be found on the provider pages of Health Share’s website (http://www.healthshareoregon.org/for-providers/portal-registration.html), allows both physical and behavioral health providers to access patient eligibility, determine health plan assignments within Health Share and find primary care provider information for all of Health Share’s partners in one location.
Referral, prior authorization and claims payment processes will continue through the existing methods, depending upon the member’s health plan or county assignment for behavioral health. The new Health Share member portal does not replace Health Share’s plan partners’ provider portals, including the MHO CIM web portal used to track authorizations and claim statuses for Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties’ behavioral health. For a time, some provider office staff that serve members for both medical and behavioral health issues will require a second logon for the new portal, but the same username and password should be available for both.
