Multnomah County ServicePoint Helpline

The Helpline provides technical assistance and data entry support for anyone who utilizes ServicePoint to enter, track, and report data for County-administered programs. The Helpline is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you are directed to the voicemail during these hours, please leave your first and last name, agency (ex. IRCO), program (ex. SUN), and your phone number (please include your extension, if applicable). We will call you back as soon as we are able. You can also send us an email at the address listed below.
