The Helpline provides technical assistance and data entry support for anyone who utilizes ServicePoint to enter, track, and report data for County-administered programs. The Helpline is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you are directed to the voicemail during these hours, please leave your first and last name, agency (ex. IRCO), program (ex.
