The Multnomah County Data Management Team conducted its first annual customer satisfaction survey in July 2013. It was sent to 300 end users of ServicePoint and ART, and we had a 47% response rate. The 2nd annual customer satisfaction survey was conducted in October 2014. It was sent out to 295 users and we had a 46% response rate. The 2015 survey was completed by 104 respondents, representing approximately 35% of our users.
