All Registered Voters in Multnomah County Should Have Received Their Ballots

Multnomah County Elections says all registered voters should have received their ballots by today, May 9. Any Multnomah County voter who has not received a ballot for the May 21 Special District Election should call the county elections office at 503-988-3720. The Special District Election includes local school district, water district, and rural fire protection district board members. Depending on where you live, there may also be local measures that include requests for local tax money or proposed changes to laws.

For the May 21 Special District Election, Multnomah County Elections has opened an additional location in Gresham. The Voting Center Express is open May 6 - 21 inside the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street. Voters can replace a lost ballot, get help voting, ask questions, or vote in person at the Voting Center Express in downtown Gresham. Ballots can only be accepted at the Voting Center Express during open hours.  The nearest 24-hour official ballot drop box site is in the parking lot at the Gresham Library at 385 NW Miller Avenue.  

All registered voters should have received their ballots by today, May 9.

Voters can now return ballots to the new Parkrose Neighborhood official ballot drop box. There is a new 24-hour official ballot drop site at the MHCC Maywood Park Center at the NE 102nd west parking lot entrance, located at 4390 NE 102nd Ave., Portland 97220.

Multnomah County Elections provides an interpreter, free of charge to anyone who needs help voting in a language other than English. Additional voting and elections information in nine languages is online at multco.us/education-and-outreach.A voted ballot can be sent to the elections office with one first-class stamp or by dropping it off at any official ballot drop site in Oregon. No postage stamp is needed when you drop off your ballot at an official ballot drop site. Official ballot drop sites include all Multnomah County Library locations and nine 24-hour official drop sites.
