Beginning today, Monday, July 27, 2020 the Voting Center Express inside the Multnomah County East Building in downtown Gresham is open for Portland voters who live or work closer to Gresham. The Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building in Southeast Portland is also open for the special runoff election. Both locations will be following all safety recommendations provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) including wearing face coverings and physical distancing guidelines. At the Voting Center Express in downtown Gresham, voters can replace a lost or damaged ballot or update their voter registration information. Voters with a disability can get assistance. Voters who speak a language other than English can get assistance in their preferred language. Elections staff are also available for questions or any other elections-related help.

The Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building is located at 1040 SE Morrison Street in Portland. The Voting Center Express is located inside the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street near the Gresham Central Transit Center and free parking. The Voting Center Express is open July 27 to Election Day, August 11. Normal office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Both the Voting Center Express in Gresham and the Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building will offer extended hours leading up to the election.

  • Monday, August 10, 2020 - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM 

  • Election Day: Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Wednesday, August 5, 2020 - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Thursday, August 6, 2020 - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Saturday, August 8, 2020 - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Monday, August 10, 2020 - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM  

  • Election Day: Tuesday August 11, 2020, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Ballots can only be accepted at the Voting Center Express during open hours. The nearest 24-hour official ballot drop box site is in the parking lot at the Gresham Library at 385 NW Miller Avenue. To find other Multnomah County official ballot drop sites, go online to multco.us/dropsites. Remember, you can mail your ballot back postage free by Thursday, August 6 (earlier if you are out of state) or return to any Official Ballot Drop Site in Oregon by 8:00 PM, August 11, 2020. 

Multnomah County Elections provides an interpreter, free of charge to anyone who needs help voting in a language other than English. Additional voting and elections information in nine languages is online at www.mcelections.org.
