Friendly reminder: if you are looking for a passport, marriage license or to record documents on Wednesday, the first floor counter at the Multnomah Building will be closed Dec. 4, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The counter at the Multnomah County Division of Assessment, Record and Taxation Office, located at 501 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland, will close two hours for a staff event. The counter and all services will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
