Why I joined the MYC?
I was on the sexual/dating violence subgroup of the YAV committee last year, and it was so exciting and inspiring to be able to interact with so many people within the community, and feel as though my work could have a real impact on the people around me.
MYC Goal for the Year
This year, I hope to build bonds with the other youth in the MYC and also be able to have a noticeable impact on any of the issues we work on this year, from police-youth relations to sexual/dating violence awareness.
