- Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce
- strives to provide networking sessions, small business loans and leadership training
- National Minority Business Council
- provides business assistance, educational opportunities, seminars and related services to small, minority and women-owned businesses across the country
- Native Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Native PTAC)
- assists individual and tribally owned Native firms to become more successful in contracting with federal, state, local and tribal governments
- OAME (Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs)
- holds monthly business networking meetings for small and large businesses and government representatives to discuss contracting opportunities.
- provides access to capital and technical assistance for small businesses
- ONABEN (Oregon Native American Business Entrepreneurial Network)
- focuses on providing entrepreneurship training to Native American individuals and business owners
- Oregon Native American Chamber of Commerce
- promotes the advancement of educational and economic opportunities for Native Americans in Oregon and SW Washington
- PABA (Portland Area Business Association)
- promotes business and offer support to its membership, which is made up of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and their allies in business
- PBA (Portland Business Alliance)
- promotes and fosters an environment in the Portland region that attracts, supports and retains private sector jobs, spurs economic vitality and enables quality educational opportunities for the region's residents
- Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon
- focuses on promoting trade, investment, tourism and economic relations between businesses in Oregon and the Philippines
- Small Business Development Center
- provides free business consulting; affordable training seminars and Resource Centers to small and medium-sized business owners and managers
- Small Business Legal Clinic
- provides business transactional legal advice to new and emerging businesses, primarily those owned by women, minorities, and recent immigrants

- The US Department of Labor Women's Bureau develops policies to ensure economic equity and economic security for women in the workforce. The Bureau also advocates on behalf of women to promote quality work environments.
- The Small Business Administration provides small businesses with information on loans, grants, bonds and other assistance available to small businesses.
