The purpose of this solicitation was for the Multnomah County Department of Community Justices to purchase Title IV-E Planning and Claiming Implementation Services, intended to assist DCJ in identifying, planning, and implementing or initiating claims process procedures for Federal reimbursement for services provided to eligible DCJ juvenile clients.
