The Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation (DART), accepts passport applications.

Passport photo services are now available at this location. The fee for a passport photo taken at this location is $10.

- 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Applications accepted after 3:30 pm may not be mailed until the following day.
This office does not accept credit/debit cards. The fee for the passport must be paid by check or money order made payable to: US Department of State. The acceptance fee ($25) must be paid separate and can be paid by cash, check or money order.
The DART office and Passport Acceptance Office will be closed the following holidays each year. New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Holiday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
