History
The Linkage Steering Committee was originally formed in Dec 2009 to support the work of the Linkage demonstration sites at Woodmere in PPS and Parklane in Centennial.
The Steering Committee has now evolved into a group that provides advisory and planning support for the Kindergarten Counts and Multnomah Mind in the Making campaigns coordinated through Linkage.
