The COVID-19 pandemic presents many challenges for parents and caretakers of school-aged children or youth. Although distance learning is the right step that will help slow the spread of the virus and keep our community healthier and safer, it also makes it harder for parents to count on services students usually find at school: access to nutritious meals, physical and mental healthcare, tutoring, connections with caring teachers, and other wraparound services that support students and their families.

But that doesn’t mean you, or your student, has to experience the school year alone. Find information below about Multnomah County services and resources that can help support you and your student during this unprecedented time.
