By authority of Board Order 2017-008, dated February 16, 2017, Multnomah County Tax Title Program administered a Public Sale of tax foreclosed real property conducted by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office on March 20, 2017.  The Public Sale was held in Board Room 100, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, OR 97214.  This was an oral, in person, registered bid sale subject to published minimum price and optional earnest money agreement.  Terms were cash due not later than April 19, 2017, 1:00 pm. The offered property types included open space, multi-family (R1, RH) land, single-family residential land, and improved single-family residential.

Three properties did not receive minimum bids at the Public Sale:

R336601: 6922 SE 87TH AVE  PORTLAND OR 97266

R145064: 5724 SE FLAVEL DR  PORTLAND OR 97206
