Our Core Programs
▶Eviction Prevention & Rent Assistance
Housing instability affects many families, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. We partner with culturally responsive organizations to provide both immediate crisis support and long-term stability for those making 65% or less of the Area Median Income.
- Emergency Rent Assistance: One-time financial relief for households facing an imminent risk of eviction or who are within 21 days of losing housing.
- Short-Term Rent Assistance: Funds for rent or mortgages lasting between 6 and 24 months, paired with dedicated case management.
- Crisis Case Management: Direct support with landlord negotiations, housing application completion, and managing short-term agreements.

Functional utilities—heat, light, and water—are fundamental to your family's safety and wellness. To help offset the drastic increases in local electricity rates, we help ease the energy burden for income-eligible households.
- Utility Payments: One-time annual payments applied to energy bills to prevent dangerous utility disconnections.
- Energy Education: Guidance on practical, cost-reducing habits to help you manage future utility expenses.
