“Linda and Amber started in January of 2013, as parent/child volunteers. After a year of consistent attendance (it was nearly perfect), they were asked to become mentors for their shift. Mentors help train new volunteers that will eventually work in the cattery.

Amber, for being as young as she was, has become quite the go-getter on getting cats adopted. Many cats have found their forever homes while they work their shift. We hope that when Amber turns 16 in July, she will continue to volunteer with her mom every Saturday!”
