“Pat is a committed Title Wave volunteer that is an incredible asset to the store. If there is a temporary need for a cashier at the Multnomah County Library's Title Wave Used Bookstore often Pat will be filling it. Other cashiers know they can turn to Pat if they need a substitute for their shift.
Pat not only cashiers but brings a lively sense of humor with her every time she works. She shares her love of books, birds and travel with those she works with and the patrons. From her previous career as a high school English teacher, she brings a love of language and often helps edit items for co-workers. Pat has contributed over 5,000 hours to the library since 1999.”
