Tammy Lamb is a volunteer with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office and winner of a 2015 Volunteer Recognition Award.

“Tammy Lamb has been a hard-working and dedicated volunteer Chaplain at Multnomah County Sheriff's Office Inverness Jail since 2013. Staff can depend on her to show up at the jail every Monday, willing to handle any task and serve wherever she is needed. She answers all requests in an efficient, timely manner and responds to follow-up requests from inmates needing additional encouragement and support. If Tammy finishes her rounds early, she assists with office work, the book room, data entry, song sheets and gets everything printed and organized for the chapel services. Tammy is a gentle soul and the inmates just love her bright, cheerful and positive attitude. Her genuine caring, compassion and encouraging words inspire hope for women who need it most."
