"Antonio "Tony" Novelo is a volunteer with a background in technology. He has been assisting the Rockwood Library with homework help and tutoring for adults and children. Tony has also made a remarkable impact as an instructor to a series of technology classes in Fairview Library. Tony has been teaching local Spanish-speaking families computer, internet, and email basics. Tony has even helped me develop curriculum for these classes. Time and time again, Tony has demonstrated a willingness to address digital literacy in East Multnomah County. He has been extremely generous with his time, energy and expertise. His positive attitude and determination to help others is inspiring."
