"The Belmont Library would like to recognize Maureen Riggs. Not only is she a fabulous and dedicated “holds expediter”, Maureen contributes greatly to our busy and spirited workroom atmosphere. In addition to her weekly shifts, Maureen frequently volunteers for our Summer Reading program. Not only that, she is willing to help out with a wide range of Belmont Library events (most recently a Teen Mystery Party). For her years of service, great attitude, sense of humor and readiness to jump in wherever needed we thank Maureen Riggs."
