Next week expect traffic delays on the Hawthorne Bridge for inspection work.
Monday, August 28
On Monday, August 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the south eastbound lane will be closed for crews to conduct inspection work on the south side of the bridge. Expect traffic delays on the bridge.
Tuesday, August 29
On Tuesday, August 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the north westbound lane will be closed for crews to conduct inspection work on the north side of the bridge. Expect traffic delays on the bridge.
Wednesday, August 30
On Wednesday, August 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the north westbound lane will be closed for crews to conduct inspection work on the north side of the bridge. Expect traffic delays on the bridge.
Flaggers will be on site directing traffic during all of these lane closures throughout the three days of inspection work. Multnomah County maintains the Hawthorne, Morrison, Burnside, Broadway, Sellwood and Sauvie Island bridges on the Willamette River. For information, visit: https://www.multco.us/bridges.
