Mission
The Queer and Trans People of Color (QTPOC) ERG works to celebrate Queer and trans staff of color at Multnomah County. We work to bridge the gap between racial and LGBTQ+ issues by using an intersectional approach to advocate for equity, inclusion and fairness in the workplace.
Vision
QTPOC envisions a workplace where staff who identify as both people of color and LGBTQ+ can bring their full selves to work in order to thrive in the workplace.
