We provide sewer services to the Dunthorpe neighborhood of southwest Multnomah County and a small portion of Clackamas County.

If you have purchased a home in the district, you will be automatically enrolled for service and assessed through your property tax bill. No action is required on your part. The assessment will appear on your property tax bill as Dunthorpe-Riverdale County Service District No. 1.

Reporting a Spill

Call 503-823-7180 to report a spill, pollution or unusual odors, 24/7.

Our system is maintained by Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services. To report a spill or other emergency, call their 24-hour hotline.

You’ll need to provide the location and description of the spill or pollution, including property address, nearest street intersection, or the address of an adjacent property.
