Child Vaccination Catch Up Clinic - Blazers Boys & Girls Club

Get your child caught up on immunizations for school or child care. All childhood vaccines will be available.

Appointments strongly encouraged due to limited supplies. Call 503-988-8939. Walk-in okay.

Allow at least an hour for your visit.

Open to all Multnomah County youth and children who need vaccines for school or child care.

If you received a letter from school or the Health Department, please bring it with you.

Covid-19 vaccinations will also be available for children with an exclusion letter.
