In honor of Veterans Day 2015, the County Board of Commissioners honored 10-year-old Kadin Patterson. The Troutdale fourth grader organized a Warrior Run to support a new USO at Portland International Airport and next year, plans to support homeless vets. Supporting veterans is dear to Kadin’s heart, as both his mom and dad serve in the military. Watch Kadin’s story.
