New look, same goal—helping you get things done
We're excited to share the new Multco.us website. We've been working hard to make it accessible for more people in Multnomah County to use, especially people with disabilities.
What’s different?
- Increased accessibility—we've made the website more focused and navigable, especially for people who use screen readers or have trouble with lots of information.
- Reduced bandwidth—we've cut down on images to help pages load faster and use less data.
- Page summaries—like a movie trailer for each page, a short summary helps you understand what it's about.
- Up-to-date information—you can now find when each page was last checked and updated, so you know you're getting the latest information.
- Your feedback—we've added a way for you to give us feedback on each page, so you can let us know if the information is helpful or not.
We're committed to accessibility
We want as many people as possible to use our website. We'll continue to use tools, training and feedback to make improvements that prioritize digital accessibility for our community.
This is just the first step
We'll keep making the website better based on your input. Use the “Was this page helpful?” section at the bottom of pages throughout the website to share feedback.
