Previous reports in this area were called "HR Trends." The 2015-2016 HR Trends Report evaluated two years of County Human Resources data (FY 2015 and 2016) to examine trends in hiring, retention, promotion, separations, and overall county demographics. The goal of the reports is understand these major HR trends and identify any differences or patterns by race, age, gender, or department.
