As an organization, we need to identify and actively work to address and remove barriers for those who have been historically marginalized in our community. It also means looking within, examining current policies and procedures to make sure they reinforce equity now and into the future.
The purpose of this two-year strategic plan is to identify the priorities for the agency, provide measurable goals, and create a road map for achieving these goals.
