The Medical Examiner's Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a man found dead June 27 in the wildlife refuge area in Southeast Portland known as Beggars Tick. The Medical Examiner estimated the death occurred in late April 2017.

The man was Caucasian, between the ages of 50 and 60 and 5-foot 4-inches tall. He had a white stubble beard and was missing several teeth. He was found wearing prAna pants, a black studded belt and size 12 Nike shoes with a "NYC" logo on the heel. He wore distinctive jewelry:
