On Friday, Feb. 21, please join Multnomah County Chair Marissa Madrigal as she delivers the annual State of the County address at the City Club of Portland from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Governor Hotel, 614 S.W. 11th Ave., Portland.
Multnomah County Chair Marissa Madrigal will use the annual State of the County speech to share stories that represent the complexities, scope and depth of the county’s work as well as some of the more promising strategies being employed to help the county’s nearly 750,000 residents thrive.
