This work is part of Multnomah County Transportation’s ADA Transition Plan. The Americans with Disabilities Act requires all public agencies with more than 50 employees to have a transition plan, which outlines accessibility requirements for Multnomah County’s Transportation Division work within the County right-of-way.
The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners has designated funds to do accessibility improvements as part of the County’s mission to promote equitable outcomes for the community. Transportation has worked on ramps during previous resurfacing and road projects. This is the first project focused solely on ramp construction.
This work is weather dependent and subject to change. Plan ahead for your commute and use alternative routes.
