This hearing is the latest development in the legal challenge to Multnomah County's flavored tobacco and nicotine sales ban. It was set to take effect on January 1, 2024. However, the sales ban was temporarily halted by the Oregon Court of Appeals.
There is no change for your business at this time. Multnomah County licensed tobacco retailers can continue to legally sell flavored tobacco and nicotine products until further notice.
