A majority of services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Monday, Jan. 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, including: 

  • Multnomah County Health Department and Health Center clinics, Student Health Centers, and telemedicine services 

  • Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services

  • Multnomah County Library branches 

  • Multnomah County Animal Services 

Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
