A majority of services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of Presidents Day, including:

◼️ Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services
◼️ Multnomah County Library locations
◼️ Multnomah County Animal Services (with exception of Emergency Services 503- 988-7387)
Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Tuesday, Feb. 22 but please contact respective departments and divisions for their visiting in-person protocols.
