TRAFFIC ALERT: S.E. Troutdale Road between S.E. Division Drive and S.E. Strebin Road is closed due to a crash. A car hit a power pole which caused power lines to fall onto the road. Avoid the area and use alternative routes. Multnomah County Road Maintenance is coordinating with Portland General Electric to get the road cleared.
