TRAFFIC ALERT: S.E. Troutdale Road between S.E. Division Drive and S.E. Strebin Road is now open. It closed Tuesday morning after a car hit a power pole which caused power lines to fall onto the road. Multnomah County Road Maintenance worked with Portland General Electric to get the road cleared.
