From support groups, to Zumba, to housing help - the Multnomah County Department of County Human Services' Bienestar de la Familia program works to promote the well-being of families in our community. Bienestar is located at the Baltazar Ortiz Center, 6736 N.E. Killingsworth St. in Portland and provides an array of social services to Multnomah County's growing Latino, Somali and Russian communities.
