Please note that many Multnomah County services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Monday, May 31, in observance of Memorial Day, including:

  • Multnomah County Health Department clinics and telemedicine services 
     
  • Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation email, live chat, and phone services 
     
  • All Multnomah County Library holds pickup, phone, email, and chat services
     
  • Multnomah County Animal Services (Emergency services will still be offered during the holiday. Call 503- 988-7387.)

Normal business hours will resume Countywide on Tuesday, June 1, but many physical County facilities will remain closed due to COVID-19 concerns. Please contact the appropriate office for more information.
