The Multnomah County Bicycle and Pedestrian Citizen Advisory Committee is recruiting new members. The committee represents community members of Multnomah County regarding bicycle and pedestrian issues and advises the Board of County Commissioners and Transportation Division on matters involving bicycle and pedestrian transportation within the County’s road jurisdiction.
The committee is made up of community members from around the County with a strong interest in bicycle and pedestrian issues. Members are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and serve a two-year term.
Applications will be accepted through Friday, May 20th, 2022. Priority will be given to residents of the county’s rural areas or the east urban cities of Fairview, Wood Village and Troutdale, and to new member applications from community members who represent diverse interests and backgrounds.
