On Friday, May 6 three blocks of the Historic Columbia River Highway will temporarily close in downtown Troutdale for the First Friday Art Walk. The closure will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. between Buxton Road and SE Kibling Street every first Friday of the month starting in May through September 2. Signs will direct drivers to the detour route on SE 2nd Street, one block south of the closure.
